Léoni Müller

Léonie Müller, owner of the GyBi shop in Saanen, is happy to pass on the historic tradition of producing Saanen mustard.

Anyone who grew up in the Saanenland was sooner or later served the special Saanesenf somewhere.

Special? Yes, because there are rarely so many mustard variants that are all traded as "Saanesenf". Most families have their own recipe, which is passed from great-grandmother to grandmother, to mother and on to the children. The recipe is guarded and not disclosed, because every family has, how could it be otherwise, the best recipe!
