Guests staying in a holiday apartment, a bed & breakfast, most hotels or at campsites receive a registration link from their host before arrival. If this is not the case, please contact your host or obtain the Gstaad Card upon arrival at your accommodation.
After registration, you will receive access to the “Concierge myGstaad”, your digital holiday assistant, by email.
After creating a username and password, you can activate and use your digital Gstaad Card(s) in the “Concierge myGstaad” (See instructions)
Group Accommodation
If you are staying in a group accommodation or do not meet the requirements for the automatic delivery of the Gstaad Card, you will receive your digital Gstaad Card, including the corresponding QR codes, directly by email.
You can then save the Gstaad Card on your smartphone (e.g. in your wallet app) or conveniently print it as a Print@Home document.
Second Home Owners
The Gstaad Card can only be ordered using the login and instructions sent to the recipient of the flat-rate tourist tax invoice for the property. (Gstaad Card Inside)
You can download it to your smartphone (Wallet) or print it as Print@Home.
Conditions of use for second home owners:
The annual Gstaad Card may only be used by second home owners who are not registered in the same municipality as their second home.
Random checks are carried out. Any misuse will result in the card being blocked.
