The Nüjeberg Trail starts at the DAO seminar house Sparenmoos. For the first 600 meters, the trail follows the winter hiking trail westwards towards Hüsliberg. After a great viewpoint, the trail branches off the hiking trail and ascends gently to the highest point of the Hüsliberg. The view into Obersimmental and Saanenland is already wonderful here. The trail then leads through a hollow over to Nüjeberg. Passing the snow-covered alp, you reach the point 1757. Here, another great view awaits. But it gets even better. Towards Hundsrügg, the trail crosses the cross-country track and the winter hiking trail. Afterwards, the trail climbs to the highest hill in the uf de Huble area. More views are not possible on this trail. Mittagflue, Stockhorn, Niderhorn, Spillgerten, Albrist, Wildstrubel, Wildhorn, Giferspitz, Rubli, etc. all line up around us.

Now the trail leads back over the Nüjeberg ridge to Sparenmoos. On the return trip, open terrain and some wonderful forest sections alternate. Shortly before Tolmoos, a small ditch is crossed. From Tolmoos, the trail leads over the winter hiking trail, past the fox den (barbecue area with hut), back to Sparenmoos.

The trail is also highly recommended in the opposite direction!

The Gstaad holiday region is located in the southwest of Switzerland, directly on the border to the French-speaking part of the country. The region is easily accessible by train or car from the Thun lake region, the Lake Geneva area, and the Gruyère region. Direct connections to the European high-speed rail network and all international airports of Switzerland guarantee a time-saving and pleasant arrival. The main means of transport in the Gstaad holiday region are the "MOB" train (Montreux-Oberland Bernois) and numerous post bus lines.

On the page Arrival and public transport on gstaad.ch you will find detailed travel information.
