Mountain run Rinderberg - Zweisimmen

On this day the mountain run Rinderberg in Zweisimmen starts at 10:00 am.
Runners enjoy a route along the large and small Simme river before heading over hiking trails and alpine meadows to the «top of the Rinderberg». Runners cover 8 miles with a difference in altitude of 1111 metres and a wonderful mountain panorama.
Kids run
Earlier in the day, children and youths start running the Simmenlauf. A short distance for children 1.45 km and youths 2.8 km goes along the big and small Simme.
Attention: The children's and youth run starts already at 09:30.
SiSa-Cup: The Iffiglauf is part of the SiSa Cup race series, which is an overall ranking of the Iffiglauf, Rinderberglauf, and Arnenseelauf mountain races in both the men's and women's categories. No separate registration is required to participate.
