How can I obtain the annual pass(es) as a second home owner?
As a second home owner, you can order the annual passes for yourself and your family at www.gstaad.ch/gstaadcard-inside under the heading «Second home owners». (Follow the instructions).

Where can I find the login for ordering the annual pass(es)?
You will find the login data on your visitor's tax invoice (Gstaad Card user name / password).
What happens if I, as a second home owner, do not have a login for the personal annual card?
Only the recipient(s) on the visitors’ tax invoice will receive the login details for the annual Gstaad Card. This login may not be passed on to third parties by Gstaad Saanenland Tourism for legal reasons. Therefore, ask the invoice recipient.
What form is the Gstaad Card available in?
Your personal Gstaad Card, which you received by e-mail, can be either:
- conveniently downloaded to your smartphone;
- printed out at home as an annual card; or
- upon receipt of the annual Gstaad Card requested online, ordered as a laminated card via the order form (a service fee of CHF 5.00 per card will be charged). It can then be collected from the Gstaad Tourist Office after 3 working days.
Is the Gstaad Card annual card valid for a whole year?
Yes, the annual Gstaad Card will be valid for one year.
Can I use the Gstaad Card as a local resident?
No, the Gstaad Card may only be used by second home owners who are not registered in the municipality where their second home is located. Random checks are carried out, and any abuse will be punished and the Gstaad Card will be withdrawn.
Why do cardholders need to re-register each year?
Apartment users change a lot. The error rate for re-use of the previously registered cards would be too high.
Furthermore, due to data protection guidelines, we are not permitted to retrieve personal data from the Gstaad Card to issue new cards for the following year.
