From the village centre of Schönried you can follow the signpost towards Rellerli. After 50 meters elevation and a 20-minute walk you will reach the Fondue Hüttli Bodmen on the right side. It offers space for up to eight people and cannot be reserved. Direct access by car to the Fondue Hüttli is not possible.

  • Approach

    The holiday region Gstaad is located in the southwest of Switzerland, directly on the border to the French-speaking part of the country. The region is conveniently accessible by train or car from the Thun lake region, the Geneva lake area, and the Gruyère region. Direct connections to the European high-speed train network and to all international airports in Switzerland guarantee a time-saving and pleasant arrival. The main means of transport in the Gstaad region are the train "MOB" (Montreux-Oberland Bernois) and numerous postbus lines.

  • Fondue backpack (must be ordered the day before at the dairies), good shoes, drinks for the way. The fondue backpack contains all ingredients for the irresistible outdoor experience: optionally creamy classic or aromatic truffle fondue, crispy fondue bread, spices, a Caquelon, burner with fuel paste, plates and forks.

  • In good weather, the climb up to Rellerli is worthwhile, the panoramic and distant views are magnificent.
