With the chairlift, you can comfortably reach the Horneggli mountain station. From there, the path leads to Hornberg, where the restaurants with panoramic views invite you to linger. Then, the descent to the idyllic mountain village of Turbach begins and continues along the rushing Turbachbach stream until you reach Gstaad.

To shorten the hike, there is the option to take the bus from Turbach to Gstaad.

    The holiday region Gstaad is located in the south-west of Switzerland right on the border to the French-speaking part of the country. The region is easily accessed by rail or car from the regions around Lake Thun and Lake Geneva and the Gruyere region. Direct connections to the European high-speed rail network and all international airports in Switzerland guarantee a time-saving and pleasant journey. The main means of transport in the region of Gstaad are the "MOB" (Montreux-Oberland Bernois) train and numerous post bus lines.
