You can comfortably reach the Eggli mountain house by gondola, where the hike starts. From there the path first leads up to the highest point, where you have a wonderful panoramic view. Then it continues into the Chalberhöne, a lovely valley, and then a bit further on to Saanen.

  • Approach

    The Gstaad holiday region is located in the southwest of Switzerland, directly on the border to the French-speaking part of the country. The region is easily accessible by train or car from the Thunersee region, the Lake Geneva area, and the Gruyère region. Direct connections to the European high-speed train network and to all international airports in Switzerland guarantee a time-saving and pleasant arrival.
