Our commitment to the environment

Sorsag's aim is to keep the region clean and, in partnership with the region, to promote and implement environmental protection.

Working with local authorities, contractors, companies and private individuals, we offer disposal and recycling services for a wide range of materials and wastes, in line with the duty of care required by new environmental standards.

Recycling is everyone's responsibility. We help our customers and clarify their individual needs, demonstrating possibilities and solutions within the framework of the law's objectives. An experienced team is on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and to answer any questions you may have. In collaboration with the cantonal department, we can destroy 100% of waste in compliance with the law, or recycle it.

Materials are disposed of locally. As far as possible, they are conditioned on site and offered to local businesses (e.g. compost substrate, grade I as fertilizer, old wood chips for energy production, etc.).

Our company is audited every year by the Swiss Confederation and the Canton. The standards of our machines and equipment are compared with current legislation. It's part of our innovative entrepreneurial spirit to support, develop and promote our staff.
