Le Chalet - Cheese-making demonstration

On December 14, 2012 Le Chalet was reopened to the public. On the second floor there is the alpine restaurant and the souvenir store.

The main tourist attraction of the inn is the production of hard cheese by a cheesemaker in traditional costume. The cheese le Chalet Bio then matures in the cellar and is used for the traditional dishes in the restaurant.
