Grill delight at 1500 M. | Rinderberg Lodge

Every Thursday evening this summer, our terrace turns into a barbecue paradise.
On the menu: a generous buffet with grilled meats, homemade sides, fresh salads and vegetarian options – all lovingly prepared and served with a mountain view.

What’s on the grill:

• Meat skewer with beef, pork, bacon and chipolata

• Veal bratwurst and cervelas

• Marinated chicken breast

• Sous-vide BBQ glazed spare ribs

• Seasonal grilled vegetables & corn on the cob

Sides & salads:

• Fresh green salads

• Cucumber and tomato salad

• Homemade potato salad & pasta salad

• Crispy French fries

• Fresh bread

• Homemade dips and sauces

• Various toppings & croutons

Getting there

On foot via the hiking trail or by gondola to Rinderberg station (please check the last return ride).
