Welcome & Introduction
A short introduction to the schedule and the practice, followed by a guided breathing exercise (pranayama) to arrive in the body and consciously take in the fresh mountain air.

Dynamic Yoga Practice (approx. 60 min)
An energizing start with sun salutations (Surya Namaskar), followed by asanas inspired by nature – such as Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) and Eagle Pose (Garudasana) – to cultivate balance, focus and inner strength.

Closing Meditation (approx. 15 min)
A simple guided meditation, seated or lying down, to integrate the experience and gently conclude in silence.

Afterwards, you will of course have the opportunity to go hiking or biking around Eggli.
