Revenue Management: Basics and Innovative Approaches for Sustainable Success

Experience a practice-oriented introduction to the world of Revenue Management and discover how you can sustainably optimize your pricing and revenue strategies. This half-day offers an introduction to proven methods and innovative concepts to enhance the economic performance of your business.

Contents of the First Half Day:

  • Introduction to Revenue Management and Yield Management: Fundamentals of revenue control and its significance for long-term success.
  • Pricing Strategies: Strategies for developing market-oriented and profit-optimized pricing structures.
  • Behavioral Pricing: How does your guests' behavior influence pricing? Insight into the psychology of pricing.
  • Price Volume Trade-Off: Trade-off between price points and occupancy to maximize total revenues.
  • RevPATI and Total Revenue Management: Introduction to the concept of Revenue per Available Time-Based Inventory (RevPATI) and a holistic view of all revenue sources.

Course Objective:
Participants will gain a solid understanding of the central principles of Revenue Management and practical tools to identify and implement optimization potentials in their own operations.
This first half-day lays the foundation for modern and successful revenue control in hospitality.

The courses have a limited number of participants.
Priority can be given to employees of the hotels of the hotelier association.
All other registrations will be considered based on availability and the order of receipt.
