Make your own cheese
At the Chäsete in Abländschen, you can make your own cheese in around 2 hours with the help of local Alpine herdsmen.
The last “Chässtart” is at approx. 14:00.
The Chäsete takes place outside in the Abländschen alpine air and rustic in a copper kettle over the fire. Amazement, exchange and enjoyment are guaranteed.
