Individual arrival at the production building of the Gstaad dairy on Lauenenstrasse.
Parking is available on site.

Departure: Gstaad Train Station at 09:37 AM (Bus 181) towards Lauenen
Arrival: Stop Gstaad Badweidli at 09:42 AM
From there, it's just a few minutes to the production building, across the bridge in front of Auto Mark.
Departure: Stop Gstaad Badweidli at 11:46 AM towards Gstaad.
Arrival: Gstaad Train Station at 11:55 AM
The venue can also be reached by a pleasant walk along the Louibach.

How is delicious cheese made from fresh milk? In this demonstration, we will watch the cheese professional at work and discover together how the fine Gstaad cheese is created. Afterwards, you will get an insight into the cheese storage - where hundreds of cheeses spend their resting time. An experience for little explorers with big questions!
Equipment
The cheese workshop takes place outside, in front of the building. We recommend weather-appropriate clothing.
Requirements
Registration must be done by the day before at 4:00 PM.
At least 1 child must be booked.
Children under 16 years old must participate accompanied by a parent.

Level of difficulty
The entrance to the cave is via a steep staircase and a short ladder.
