Completely new, stylishly and comfortably furnished 2.5-room apartment (70sqm) on the 1st floor of a multi-family chalet built in 2019, equipped with lift.
1 furnished balcony (accessible via living/dining room, facing south/west) and 1 unfurnished balcony (accessible via bedroom, facing north) belong to the apartment.
The basement has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage room. A ski room for shared use and 1 reserved parking space (no. 23) in the underground parking with charging facilities for electric cars are also available.
The apartment is located in the heart of Schönried and is suitable for summer and winter holidays.
