In our restaurant, you will see the most beautiful side of all the seasons – in summer on our inviting terrace, and in winter in front of a crackling fire.

The cuisine at the Hotel des Alpes focuses on traditional Saanenland dishes with the addition of some more contemporary culinary specialities. The menu is based around seasonal agricultural produce and, as well as contemporary fusion cuisine, we do of course offer local specialities such as raclette and fondue.

Tip: be sure to try our unashamedly tempting patisserie products with a touch of Brazilian flair, all made in-house!

And of course we also offer a variety of delicious dishes for vegetarians and vegans to enjoy. We can also cater for those following a ketogenic diet.
