4.5-room apartment (126sqm) on the raised ground floor of a multi-family chalet which was built in 1999. Very spacious furnished balcony. 1 parking space (no. 3) in the underground parking garage is available (access by car lift, max. height 2m20). Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are in the basement.
The chalet Graebi is in walking distance to the train station (800m), to the ski and hiking area (900m to the bottom station Horneggli) as well as to the bakery (350m), dairy and butchery (800m) and is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays.
