Panorama winter hiking trail from the Horneggli top station via "Gfell" to the Hornberg top station and back to the Horneggli top station around the Hornfluh.

The Winter Hiking Trail for Sun Worshipers

With the Horneggli chair lift or the Saanersloch cable car and the Hornberg chair lift, hikers can get to the marked trail between Hornberg and Horneggli. The trail is flat and therefore relatively easy. The hike takes about 45 minutes and with the Horneggli, Hornberg and Hornfluh mountain huts offering fine foods there are three different places to choose from to stop in and enjoy special gastronomy. If the weather is good, one can enjoy the sun as well. The top of the Gfell offers a great view onto the Gstaad ski mountains. The way back leads along the summer trail on the north side of the Hornfluh back to the top station Horneggli. The hike can be combined with the toboggan runs Hornberg or Horneggli. ATTENTION: Check current winter hiking trail reports!
