The approximately 6 km long cross-country ski trail at an altitude of almost 3,000 metres above sea level extends across the entire area of the Tsanfleuron glacier. Glacier 3000 is one of the only cross-country ski areas in Europe which offers a perfectly prepared cross-country ski trail for traditional skiers and skaters during the summer months from June to December (depending on the snow conditions). Many professional cross-country skiers and biathlon athletes take advantage of the ideal training opportunities surrounded by the fascinating panorama.
