The classic between Zweisimmen and Diemtigtal.

After a long climb you will be rewarded by a breath-taking view and the enchanting atmosphere on Lake Seeberg. From the nearby mountain inn at alp Stiereberg the path leads up to the Gubi. The diversified descent leads mainly on singletrails down to Blankenburg.
Notes

On all downhills enclosed pasture fences must be expected. At high speed some of them can't be recognized early enough. On Sundays and during holidays many hikers and walkers visit this area. Please be considerate.

The road Grubenwald-Meienberg will be closed to any traffic from 15 June to October 2019, always from Monday to Friday, 7.00 to 18.00. On the weed-ends, the road is open.
