The refund (pro rata temporis) will basically be done at the end of the winter season and will cumulatively reflect all the officially imposed lockdown days in winter 2020-21. For holders of a local or Top4 season ticket, an online form will be available after the end of the season to initiate the refund. The refund will be paid in cash.

Day and multi-day tickets purchased online will be directly refunded via the online shop system. Online shop customers will receive a value voucher that can be redeemed on the online shop in the following year. The refund amount will also be determined at the end of the winter season.

Holders of multi-day tickets will be refunded for the days of skiing that are affected by the lockdown. All other skiing days from the multi-day ticket continue to be valid and will not be credited.
