The Ultima only has 17 suites and résidences, which means that with the entire hotel can be booked exclusively for one event, even when guest numbers are relatively small. Ermitage Wellness- and Spa Hotel*****
This traditional Swiss hotel is situated in the peaceful village of Schönried. Besides the spacious Salon Festival there are also other more compact rooms to discover. The restaurant, too, is divided into several dining rooms furnished in different styles, offering a wide choice of premises ranging from a cosy Stube with lots of wood panelling to a contemporary, brightly lit room. The entire spa area was renovated as recently as spring 2019.

The cheese is then delivered directly to the customer’ companies a few months later.
