Explore Gstaad on cross-country skis
The holiday region of Gstaad is in the top league of cross-country ski destinations and offers cross-country skiers and skaters an outstanding selection of top-quality trails. This was confirmed by the renowned ADAC Skiguide 2011/12, when it named Gstaad as one of the five best Nordic skiing regions in the Alps. Gstaad scored points for the length of its entire selection of cross-country ski trails (165 km), floodlit cross-country ski trails, skating trails und high-altitude cross-country ski trails in the area of Glacier 3000, the only glacier ski area in the Bernese Oberland.
Range of trails:
- A total of 165 km of cross-country ski trails
- 4 of 5 valleys in the region have attractive cross-country ski trails (Schönried-Saanenmöser, Turbach, Lauenen and Gsteig
- Sparenmoos and Zweisimmen have attractive cross-country ski trails in raised bog areas

- The Reusch cross-country ski trail can also be used in the spring
