Ski areas

Gstaad Mountain Rides, that means skiing, snowboarding and hiking up to an altitude of 3000 m. 53 mountain lifts and cableways provide access to 220 km of slopes, sled & toboggan runs, snowparks and panoramic winter hiking trails. With authentic landscapes, splendid sun terraces and trendy snow bars it's all certainly well worth a visit.

Unique glacier skiing area in the Bernese Oberland with spectacular views. Attractions: Snowpark and the longest downhill run in the entire region, from 3000 m down to 1400 m.

Horneggli
The largest of the skiing areas, with 105 km of pistes spread over two mountain chains between the Simmental and the Saanenland. Attractions: variety, "Rinderberg Ronda" ski tour, Snowpark Gstaad, Skicross slope, countless chalet inns and ski bars.
Gstaad - Saanen - Rougemont Eggli
La Videmanette
Connoisseur's skiing area on the border between the German-speaking and the French-speaking parts of Switzerland. Attractions: the sunny Eggli mountain and the La Videmanette - Rougemont piste with a 1200 m difference in altitude and lots of Dolomite atmosphere.
Gstaad-Wispile Wispile Pleasant family skiing area with ski school amenities, but also a number of demanding pistes nonetheless.
Gstaad-Wasserngrat Wasserngrat Small Skiing area with a gourmet restaurant on the top and the Tiger Run, the steepest slope of the area.
Schönried-Rellerli Rellerli Small skiing area that enjoys lots of morning sunshine and offers attractive downhill run alternatives.
Château-d'Oex La Braye Small skiing area on the high plateau above Château-d'Oex, the capital of hot-air ballooning.
Lauenen & Gsteig   Small and pleasant family skiing areas, each with one ski lift.
