Sanetsch

The Valais Corner
The little mountain railway runs from Canton Bern to the Valais. There's lots for hikers to discover: the source of the river Saane, the hiking circuit around the reservoir and the Sanetsch Pass. Climbing enthusiasts will find plenty of challenging climbing parks, and as for bikers, there's a 30 km downhill run back to Sion.

Winter
There is no ski operation.
Only opend for groups in company of a mountain guide. Announcement by phone (Mon - Fri) at the valley station Sanetsch.
Mountain restaurant is closed.
