Via Ferrata is Italian for "iron path" and means fixed rope routes that are secured with iron ladders, pins, brackets and steel cables. Equipped with a helmet, karabiners and a climbing harness, you are guaranteed to have an exhilarating experience at high altitude.

• Prerequisites for going on a via ferrata: a good level of fitness, sure-footedness and a good head for heights, as well as mountain climbing experience. Climbing with a mountain guide is recommended.

• Get down from the wall in case of a sudden drop in temperature or risk of a thunderstorm.
