Blankenburg – Scheidegg – Schwenden/Grimmialp (in the Diemtigtal)
The pass takes you through the Spillgerten nature reserve into the Diemtigtal valley. Most of the timber houses in the Betelried part of the village near Blankenburg date back to the 16th and 17th century. In just under 3 hours you will reach the SAC Fromatt Hut, which is however only open on request. Flower-filled high-alpine valleys and forests of Swiss stone pine make this sporty route a real experience.
