From the car park at the Col du Pillon the route follows a gentle north-easterly climb to Lake Retaud (134/120-581/440). From there it takes you west in the direction of Isenau (135/140-581/100), from where a cable car runs down to the valley to Les Diablerets. Take the bus back to the car park at the Col du Pillon.
