Sparenmoos – Heimchueweid (1st leg)
This appealing and easy sled run is 4 km long and starts from the mountain hotel Sparenmoos. The downhill run begins on the hour and takes you along Sparenmoos-road. The run is ideally suited for families. If the 2nd leg is closed, a bus operates to take the sleds from Heimchueweid (at the start of the one-way traffic) back to the start or to the village.

Heimchueweid – Zweisimmen (2nd leg)
This averagely difficult section is 2.5 km long and takes you through the forest to the Obegg bus stop. From there it is not far to the railway station or back to the start.

Family toboggan run
This easy, 3.5 km long toboggan run starts at the mountain hotel Sparenmoos (cross-country ski centre) and leads predominantly over pastures to Heimchueweid. This means there are no time restrictions. The route is very suitable for families. The toboggan run can only be opened in good snow conditions.
