In order to promote in the marketplace these regional delicacies, sustainably produced with natural ingredients, and the local handicrafts, the region’s GSTAAD AUTHENTIQUE quality label was created in 2014. The aim is to facilitate customer and visitor orientation and to assist the producers with marketing. Products bearing the GSTAAD AUTHENTIQUE label are natural, traditional and sustainably produced.
